Poor maintenance throughout the hotel!!! The broken furniture and peeling paint give a rundown feeling, and the closed pool was a letdown. Additionally, the curtains in the rooms need urgent replacement!!!

During my stay, I loved being just a short walk from the scenic Red River Zoo, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the amazing Plains Art Museum, where I got to soak in some culture. Even though the hotel could use some maintenance, it suited my needs for a weekend getaway.

The chairs were conveniently left for guests to put down. The room had all the basics and the AC worked well. It was a decent place to sleep for the night.

The front desk was like a ghost town, and I had to channel my inner waiter by lifting up the chairs myself! Breakfast was toast, nothing fancy—I'll stick with champagne next time!
